1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NogaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ValleyDoesIt LLC.

2. Service Description

NogaFlow is a personal finance tracking application that provides:

  • Bank account syncing via Plaid (read-only transaction and balance data)
  • Budget tracking, cash flow analysis, and subscription management
  • AI-powered financial insights (Pro plan only, powered by Anthropic)
  • Spending breakdowns and financial summaries

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NogaFlow. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.

5. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure.
  • One account per person — you may not share accounts or create multiple accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at InfoNogaFlow@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before any price changes.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime — no hidden fees, no penalties, no runaround.
🔄 How to Cancel
  • Go to Settings → Billing & Plan in your NogaFlow account.
  • Click "Manage billing & cancel" to open the Stripe billing portal.
  • Select "Cancel subscription" — your cancellation is immediate and confirmed by email.
  • You can also email InfoNogaFlow@gmail.com and we will cancel within 1 business day.
📅 What Happens After You Cancel
  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period — you are not cut off immediately.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
  • Your data, transactions, and history are preserved — nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
  • You may re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access.
💳 Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods — monthly or annual.
  • Annual plan subscribers who cancel are not entitled to a prorated refund for unused months.
  • Exception: If NogaFlow experiences a major service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit by emailing InfoNogaFlow@gmail.com.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charges: Contact us immediately at InfoNogaFlow@gmail.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge was unauthorized.
🔁 Annual Plan Cancellation
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at $7.99/mo ($95.88 total).
  • You may cancel an annual plan at any time, but the remaining months are non-refundable.
  • Your Pro access remains active through the end of the annual period.
  • We recommend canceling at least 3 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

8. Plaid — Bank Account Access

NogaFlow uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. By connecting a bank account:

  • You authorize NogaFlow and Plaid to access your account data in read-only mode.
  • We cannot initiate transfers, payments, or any transactions on your behalf.
  • You agree to Plaid's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
  • You may disconnect your bank account at any time from your account settings.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NogaFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and technology comprising NogaFlow — including the name, logo, UI design, and source code — are owned by ValleyDoesIt LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

11. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about NogaFlow, you grant ValleyDoesIt LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose — including improving the service or building new features — without compensation or attribution to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that NogaFlow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data will always be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValleyDoesIt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any financial losses resulting from reliance on NogaFlow data or insights.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing InfoNogaFlow@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
